Take a moment to close your eyes. Focus on the natural rhythm of your breath. Then visualise those things that you want to now forgive yourself and others…visualise those people involved and yourself one by one in pink light….and say:
I’m sorry, please forgive me, I love you, thank you.
Then see that person float up into the sky and away in their pink bubble smiling at you (in a genuine way)
To finished this meditation, slowly bring yourself back into the room by wriggling your toes and fingers…breathe consciously and put your arms in a hug 🤗
Affirm: I love & accept myself exactly as I am and I love & enjoy my life exactly as it is right now 🤍
