I couldn’t recommend using positive affirmations for any area of your life enough 👌🏻 reading/saying affirmations as often as possible throughout the day, is what needs to be done but I feel you can’t go wrong with how much/often you are able to say/think affirmations, anything you can do is going to help ❤️

Sometimes before going to bed or when I get dressed for the day, I like switching on some self-love affirmations on YouTube 👍🏻 it’s magical, but this week I will work with the below affirmations daily, to concentrate on my Solar Plexus Chakra 🙏🏻💛

As I read these affirmations, I try to really believe each line about myself so much that it makes my solar plexus vibrate…🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 I also try to be realistic about how each affirmation makes me feel l, as they are all different…for example: I have self-esteem, still makes me think I am lying when I say/think it and this shows me I have to work on my self-esteem more and I feel guided to find affirmations and work solely on that this afternoon too 💛

Here are the Solar Plexus Affirmations I find most effective:

• I am worthy

• I am confident

• I love and accept myself

• I stand up for myself

• I choose healthy relationships

• I seek opportunities for personal and spiritual growth

• I am powerful

• I am entirely comfortable being in my power

• I am free from power struggles

• I am free from limitations from others

• I am positive

• I accomplish tasks easily and effortlessly • The fire within me burns through all blocks and fears

• I am free from the need to control everything in my life

• I am manifesting easily and gracefully

• I am open to new ways of doing things

• I embody confidence and inner peace

Balancing your Solar Plexus with the help of colour 💛✨🐥☀️🍌🍋🌽💛

The typical colour used to balance the Solar Plexus, is a light yellow colour and the more you see it, the more you balance it this chakra👌🏻

Luckily for me, yellow is one of the colours that go with my skin type 😂 so I like to wear yellow clothes or accessories when I want to focus on this chakra 😅👍🏻

I also try to be mindful about eating as many foods/fruits that are yellow, such as yellow peppers, yellow watermelon, yellow apples, yellow pears, yellow corn, summer squash, yellow tomatoes, pineapple and yellow kiwi 💛🙌🏻

To balance this chakra, you could also have a solar plexus healing bath by adding yellow flowers, a few lemon slices and Epsom salt to the bath water and light yellow candles too for a lovely atmosphere…If possible turn on a binaural beats healing video on YouTube, for solar plexus healing and you are good to go!

Once in the bath, focus on yellow colour washing through your solar plexus chakra (situated between your navel and your breastbone) and see it vibrate in your minds eye and spin very, very fast! This is such a powerful and effective exercise! 🙏🏻

Good morning sweetheart,

I really hope you are doing great and that it’s as sunny as it is here in my garden.

I sneaked out of bed to do some contemplating in the garden and was thinking of yesterday’s experiences.

I did a few personal card readings that were so so beautiful, I do have some beautiful souls following me here on Instagram ❤️🙏🏻

Reading tarot or oracle cards for others fulfils me so much so I want to say thank you 🌸

Yesterday was also a day for more personal development for me…I go to a weekly spiritual development group where we meditate and read cards and so much more, to develop our psychic abilities and the root chakra came up for me which has given me food for thought, because I spend a good amount of time working on it only a few weeks ago.

BUT actually, I am not surprised now…I live in the UK (which I love, love, love!) but I have just spend such a beautiful time in Spain with my family and I miss Spain and my family a lot, which I believe has caused my imbalance.

So today I am going to do a meditation based on the colour red, I will look for my post that contained the root chakra affirmations and combine it with what I had planned to do regarding my solar plexus healing.

Having balanced chakras is a lifestyle for sure…for me personally I feel I need to try and be present enjoying my surroundings wherever I am ❤️🙏🏻

If it’s the first time you come across me.. I felt guided to work on my chakras (one at the time) a few weeks back and this week I am focussing on my solar plexus 👍🏻

Every day this week I am creating content based on my experiences and a little more information about each chakra 🧘🏻‍♀️ so here we are, finding out about the emotional signs of a Solar Plexus Imbalance:

Lack of confidence, low self-esteem, indecisive, helplessness, lack of purpose, inner critic comes out (negative mind chatter) are all signs that there is a certain level of blockage.

If you feel like any of the above apply to how you feel, please consider contacting your GP or look for a good counsellor to help, in addition to any holistic treatments/rituals for solar plexus balancing.

There are a few things I like doing to keep my solar plexus balanced one small but effective thing is to drink chamomile tea…it is said to help very well with solar plexus balancing and also soothes your stomach – it’s a win/win in my eyes 😃

I used to have a low self-esteem and used to have such a negative mind about myself, my body and to be honest, I still do but it’s only minimal now…unfortunately this doesn’t mean it won’t come back…most people have good and bad days and I came to the conclusion, that having balanced chakras is definitely a lifestyle 🙏🏻🌸

Hey Sweetheart! 👋🏻

This week I am concentrating on my solar plexus and so I am creating content based on my experiences and a little more information about each chakra 🧘🏻‍♀️ and here we go, with the physical signs of a Solar Plexus Imbalance:

The physical signs of an imbalance are digestive and intestinal concerns (eg. ulcers, irritable bowel syndrome), nutrient absorption and metabolism issues, using food for comfort (eg. Eating disorders), diabetics, problems with the liver, pancreas and colon.

If you are experiencing any of the above, please visit your GP, to get additional help with the symptoms but I believe the cause of these symptoms is chakra related. –

A quick remedy for me and something effective that you can do in addition to what you get from your doctor or even if you don’t have any of the symptoms but want to make sure this chakra is balanced, is spending some regular time in Child’s pose and there are a few other things you can do as well, which I will share with you over the next couple of days 💛

This is how I start my “little ritual”;

I start by creating a calm atmosphere…to me this is listening to binaural beats (look for one that promotes solar plexus healing) I light some incense sticks and dim the light in the room and then I spend some time in child’s pose 👌🏻🙂 and this is how:

1. Put a soft blanket or cushion under your knees.

2. Kneel down, sitting on your heels.

3. Move your hips so they are hip width apart.

4. Lean down so that your tummy is between your thighs.

Tip: Make yourself as comfortable as possible by placing alternatively another blanket between the back of your knees and your sit bones.

As you inhale, imagine breathing in yellow light. Feel the breath reaching the area around your navel and as you exhale, feel the breath flood through your torso, creating calmness as it moves.

Not only is this position very very soothing, it is also one of the easiest solar plexus healing yoga positions for me 💛

Hello and welcome to my Solar Plexus Balancing experience!

To start with, let’s talk about where the Solar Plexus Chakra is located 🙂👍🏻

It’s location is in the stomach area between your navel and breast bone. (It’s where the yellow mandala is based on the picture) 💛

Matter is it’s chakra category and the solar plexus is associated with fire, fuelling your determination and purpose to strive forward.

It’s functions are the sense of self and personal strength, including willpower, self-esteem and confidence. –

When this chakra is open and flowing, you will feel self-assured and empowered in your own life journey.

I do have to work on this chakra because I don’t have much self-esteem. I also need to start loving myself more than I do at the moment. Bring it on 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Hey lovely…and here it is! My take on sacral chakra balancing with cards…Tarot or Oracle cards are so so insightful to me and using cards in difficult situations combined with my own intuition has helped me so so much over the years.

Hiya!!! This morning I have been holding my orange calcite mineral stone during my meditation.

It’s a good one to balance the Sacral Chakra but Golden and Yellow CItrine, Orange Carnelian, Gold/brown Tigers Eye or Spessartine Garnet can also be used for Sacral Chakra Healing/Balancing.

When I worked on the Root chakra, a few weeks ago, I held my crystal in my left hand during meditation and visualised how it’s light came in through my hand.

This morning I laid down and placed my orange calcite on my Sacral Chakra (between navel and pubic bone).

I listen to binaural beats for sacral chakra balancing…using headphones is always best.

When I’m ready I close my eyes and start focusing on my breath being long and slow.

After a few moments I start to imagine, that my orange calcite is glowing and is soaking the entire area underneath my crystal in orange light…I love when I feel a tingle, it makes it so much easier to visualise my sacral chakra spinning in circles.

I then sit in this for a few minutes and when I feel I’m ready, I start saying my sacral chakra affirmations in my head (those that I remember 😅) here are a few for inspiration:

• I am alive, connected and aware

• I embrace pleasure and abundance

• I feel complete peace from within

• I am free from any emotional connection to self-medicate with food

• I create healthy boundaries in my relationships

• I embrace the unfolding flow of change

• My sexuality is vibrant

• I am a sacred being, am worthy of love and desirable to others

• It is my birthright to receive pleasure and have my needs met

• Relationships are a joy

• I attract like-minded people who support and love me

• Sex is a sacred connection

• I am radiant, beautiful and strong and enjoy a healthy and passionate life. I am in touch with my feelings.

When I feel I’m done, I slowly come back by wiggling toes and fingers and open my eyes.

After this short meditation is a perfect moment to lay some tarot or oracle cards for guidance…I find I can fully connect with my cards and have a very powerful reading after a short meditation 🧘🏻‍♀️👌🏻

Hey Sweetheart, I have always had a great interest in aromatherapy and love how the smell of candles and essential oils affect my general well-being. It’s also quite impressive how essential oils have the ability to uplift any room they are used in! Just like magic ❤️🌸🙌🏻

And due to having this effect they can also be used to balance chakras, here are the scents to go for, when you want to balance your Sacral Chakra:

Cardamon, Orange, Patchuli, Rose, Sandalwood, Yang Ylang, 🧡👌🏻

This week I am concentrating on healing my Sacral Chakra and one of the most important parts to me is Chakra Balancing through Meditation 🧘🏻‍♀️

I try to meditate every day for 30-40min when my son has his siesta & I listen to binaural beats during the night when I sleep…my search term on YouTube or any other platform for music is: “Sacral Chakra Healing Meditation” & “Sleep Meditation Music for Sacral Chakra”

I think guided meditations are a very personal thing, as you may not connect or like the same voice I like but if you search for the above terms you get to the right place and are able to select one that you like the sound of that helps balance/heal your Sacral Chakra.

When I first started meditating a few years back I found it hard to be present and not think about anything… but practice makes perfect (I’m still practicing) and even if you manage to meditate properly for 1-2 minutes then that’s a huge achievement 👍🏻

What works for me is concentrating on my breathing when my mind starts to go for a wander, I acknowledge the thought (I actually find it interesting what I come up with during meditation, it can be very healing 😅) and then I think about my breathing, how my chest & tummy lifts up and down, how fresh the air feels in my lungs and I also try to focus on how my body feels…and of course I listen to the guidance on the meditation itself.
