Hey my beautiful friend! As NYE is getting closer and closer I feel guided to share my New Years Eve Ritual with you! πŸ’–πŸŒΈ

To me, it’s all about leaving the past year behind and setting the right intentions for 2020 πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸŒŸ

Here is what you’ll need πŸ‘‡πŸ»

β€’ A space where you’ll be undisturbed

β€’ 1 Bowl

β€’ 1 lighter or matches

β€’ Minimum 1 candle (feel free to burn as many candles as you’d like or have available, to create a little altar)

β€’ 3 sheets of paper and a comfortable pen

β€’ Binaural beats for clarity in the background (optional)

β€’ Incense Sticks (optional)

β€’ Cleansed and charged clear quartz Crystals (optional)

β€’ Your favourite Fresh cut flowers (optional)

Begin this ritual by gathering your candles and spreading them in safe places within your chosen space. You can do this ritual anywhere, key is that you will be undisturbed.

Every time you light a candle, do it with intention…for example: I light this candle with the intention of…for example: promoting peace, love, forgiveness, clarity πŸ‘ˆπŸ» whichever you’re needing the most right now.

Then light incense sticks and switch on binaural beats for clarity in the background.

Place the rest of the items intuitively in front of you. You could hold the crystal in your hand to help with clarity during the ritual…

When everything is ready, close your eyes and breathe consciously…

Every time you breathe in, visualise white healing life force energy entering your body through your nose/mouth, flushing into those areas in your body that require tensions to be released.

Visualise those tensions leaving your body every time you breathe out…

Notice any thoughts that come to your mind and let them pass like clouds above your head.

Then when your mind, body and soul feels relaxed, take a moment to think or say out loud: dear universe (god/angels etc) please remind me of anything I’ve experienced in 2019 (or before) that needs to be released in this ritual…

Then grab your pen and paper and start writing it all down…

Once you’ve created the list of negative things that happened last year, grab your bowl and burn the sheet.

As you burn the paper, say or think out loud: I hereby release everything negative I’ve experienced in 2019 (or before) that needs to be released…for the highest good.

And when it’s burned say…and so it is.

The next step is wonderful! βοΈπŸ™πŸ»…Take some time to think and write down everything positive that you’ve experienced in 2019…moments of love, laughter and happiness 🌟 write down all the successes too…

Then…For every single bullet point say or think: I am grateful for this moment, thank you. Really try to feel your gratitude in your body whilst thinking of the particular situation.

By doing this, you invite more of these moments to come into your life.

Fold the paper a few times and write the word Gratitude 2019 on it.

Put this sheet aside and grab the third piece of paper.

On your third piece of paper I would like you to write down all your wishes…anything you would like to achieve in 2020…this is the time to dream big!

…and when you’ve completed your wish list, I would like you to fold the paper and write wishes 2020 on it.

Then get your bowl and matches (or lighter) and burn both sheets.

As you burn your gratitude list say: I am grateful for these moments and achievements, thank you πŸ™πŸ»

As you burn your wish list say: These are my wishes, may they become my reality in 2020 for the highest good of all or not at all … and do it is ⭐️

This is the end of the ritual…You could now spend a few more moments with your eyes closed…bathing yourself in this powerful energy whilst listening to the binaural beats in the background and waiting for the new year to arrive.

I usually lay a few tarot or oracle cards for guidance afterwards and or make myself a nice cup of tea.

I hope you enjoy this special New Years Eve Ritual, let me know if you did it in the comments πŸ’–

Happy New Year, Jessica ⭐️🀍
